What is your company doing to manage this generational GAP? Limitation or opportunity? We think it is a huge opportunity for innovation, but it requires rethinking leadership. Leadership is not old white guys who sit at the top of the corporate pyramid.
Capitalizing on this generational GAP requires you to think of leadership as relationships (AKA collaboration) that span generations and draw the best from each other.
