Spiritual Passion
Ken has spent most his life as a Pastor, church planter, and traveling the world as missionary to the poor.  His life’s mission is to eradicate legalism and spiritual abuse from the “church” by announcing freedom through the gospel of God’s grace. As a young man Ken was imprisoned for preaching Christ and passing out Bibles.

Business Passion
For the past 10 years, Ken has developed a number of highly effective training courses for business. These courses are built on a synergy of timeless truths and state-of-the-art research in business, psychology, and sociology. Through life-long learning and real life stories, Ken engages the minds and hearts of his audiences. His presentations are a great benefit to many diverse companies and organizations, ranging form large international corporations to small family holdings. His topics include, The Power of Applied Optimism, Conflict Resolution, Motivational Interviewing, and Servant Leadership.

Chief Spiritual Strategist
Ken has been part of the Freiberg team unofficially for many years. He now joins the team officially as a sounding board and prayer partner for the direction of our business. Bottom line, Ken’s mission is to keep this unruly bunch joyfully focused on what’s truly important.
